John M. Alston
John Alston has been an Arizona licensed attorney since 2005. Mr. Alston attended Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, to actively practice law.
Mr. Alston is a native of Arizona, and is actively involved in his community. Mr. Alston served as a Town Councilmen for the Town of Queen Creek, Arizona, from 2010 to 2012, and in the capacity of Judge Pro Tem and the Maricopa County Justice Courts in 2012.

Jonathan “JD” Darner
Jonathan “JD” Darner has been working with Smith Alston, PLC for nearly 5 years and handles various types of injury cases. Mr. Darner graduated from the prestigious Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Mr. Darner served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Maracaibo, Venezuela. There, he learned Spanish and acquired a love of the Latin people and culture. In his free time, Mr. Darner loves camping, hiking, fishing, hunting and exploring the outdoors. Mr. Darner has 4 children and enjoys any time he can spend with them in the outdoors.

Spencer C. Lee
Spencer is an immigration lawyer by choice and loves focusing his efforts 100 percent on immigration law.
